As a master thesis project, I developed an external consulting project for a relevant insurer player in the Portuguese market, together with three other colleagues. The goal of the project was to support their transitioning to a more proactive position in the market regarding their clients' health, through the design of a new tailored service, to be offered alongside its health insurance product.

The project included an internal analysis on current offering and client base; an external analysis including market trends and a benchmark of emerging solutions; user research through interviews and survey results; client segmentation and need-based personas development; recommendations on program structure, promotion, potential partners and financials; implementation roadmap and mapping of risks and limitations.

The associated methodology was Design Thinking and involved the organization of ideation and decision workshops with the insurer's internal teams to discuss and prioritise use cases.
